Ensign Class Association rules Part II. 9. E. 7. states that “All Ensign sails manufactured after June 30, 1992 are required to have an official “Ensign Sail Patch” attached to them. The sail patch will be produced and distributed by the Ensign Class Association directly to the sailmakers.”
