I have some minor fiberglass work to do on my hull (filling drain holes). I’m comfortable working with both but I’m not an expert by any means. I know it’s best to use the same type of material for repairs. Being my boat is a 1965, were they laid up with epoxy resin or polyester resin? I’m not going to lay gelcoat, just 2-part epoxy paint over the repair.
